AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling Starts July 7: Complete Schedule, Eligibility, and Required Documents
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has officially published the AP EAMCET 2025 counselling schedule, commencing on July 7, 2025. The process will be conducted in several phases to facilitate admissions into engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy programs across the state.
For the initial round, candidate registration and payment of the processing fee are open from July 7 to July 16. Certificate verification runs from July 7 through July 17. The web options entry—where candidates indicate their preferred courses and colleges—will be available from July 10 to July 18, with a modification window provided on July 19. Seat allotment results are set for release on July 22. Following this, candidates must complete self-reporting online and report to their allotted colleges between July 23 and July 26. Classes for the new academic year will start on August 4.
Eligibility for counselling requires qualification in the AP EAMCET 2025 examination (held from May 19 to 27). General category candidates must have scored at least 40 out of 160 marks, while SC/ST candidates need only a valid rank. The counselling fee is ₹1,200 for OC/BC candidates and ₹600 for SC/ST candidates. Applicants will need to submit several documents: AP EAMCET 2025 rank card, hall ticket, SSC and Intermediate marks memos, study certificates from Class VI through Intermediate, transfer certificate, Aadhaar card, caste or income certificate (if applicable), EWS certificate, residence certificate, and passport-sized photographs. Special category applicants (PH, NCC, Sports, etc.) must provide the relevant certifications.
Please note: Failure to self-report online or to physically report to the allotted college within the designated timeframe may result in cancellation of the seat. Additional counselling rounds will be scheduled in the following weeks.
